• Identify & Acquire

  large and mid-sized businesses (?15 Cr+ turnover) for our working capital lending products.

• Drive Lead Generation

  through targeted outreach, networking, and digital channels to build a high-quality prospect pipeline.

• Pitch and Present

  solutions like Purchase Invoice Discounting, Business Loans, and Supply Chain Finance to potential clients.

• Build and Maintain Relationships

  with CFOs, Finance Heads & business owners to foster long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate Internally

  with credit, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer conversion and onboarding.

• Track and Report KPIs

  , manage the sales pipeline, and consistently work towards achieving revenue targets.

• Support Sales Campaigns

  and contribute to marketing-driven lead nurturing initiatives to maximize conversion rates.

This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of B2B/BFSI sales experience who want a fast-track path to becoming future Sales Leaders.

What Were Looking For

? MBA/PGDM or equivalent (Sales, Marketing, Finance preferred)

Strong communication & negotiation skills
