Job Title: Management Trainee (HR) Job Location: Bengaluru, Banashankari III Stage No. of Vacancies: 1 Position Employment Type: Contract for 6 months (Confirmation based on performance and efficiency) Education Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR) Minimum Experience: Fresher Workdays: Monday to Friday Work Mode: Work from Office Division: HR Department Salary: 18,000 CTC per month Job Summary: The Management Trainee (HR) will be responsible for supporting and assisting various HR functions, including documentation, compliance, and operational tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to the efficient functioning of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: HR Documentation & Compliance: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. Ensure proper documentation of onboarding, exit formalities, and statutory compliance. Support in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation. Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates. Assist in the onboarding process by collecting required documents and ensuring a smooth induction. Employee Engagement & Communication: Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities. Assist in drafting HR communications, circulars, and announcements. Performance Management Assistance: Support in maintaining performance appraisal records. Assist in collating feedback and performance review data. Payroll & Attendance Coordination: Assist in tracking attendance, leave management, and timesheet maintenance. Provide support in payroll-related documentation HR Policy & Process Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Provide administrative support in implementing and monitoring HR policies. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Attention to detail and a proactive approach. Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred). Learning & Growth Opportunities: Exposure to various HR functions and practices. Hands-on experience in HR operations and compliance.
