We are seeking a first-attempt CA-qualified and detail-oriented Management Trainee - Accounts to join our team at CPM Plant, Songarh & JKPM Plant, Rayagada . This role offers hands-on experience in plant accounting operations and financial management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, invoicing, and expense tracking. Support in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams for cost analysis, inventory management, and budget monitoring. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Qualifications: CA qualified in the first attempt . Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel. Familiarity with accounting software (SAP/Tally or similar) is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. What We Offer: Structured training and mentorship.
