Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Team Member located in Meerut at Bistro. The Management Team Member will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team members, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. The role also includes responsibilities such as inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Management Team Member will be involved in training staff and implementing strategies to improve service and performance.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management, including team management and customer service
Skills in inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Ability to train and develop team members
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Experience in the food service industry is a plus
