Management Information System Executive

As an MIS cum Accounts Executive, your role involves planning, coordinating, and directing all computer-related activities within the organization. Your excellent knowledge in account-related works will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with installation and integration processes, security issues, and program upgrades. - Provide remote tech support and troubleshooting services by phone or chat. - Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot IT systems. - Develop IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements. - Reconcile bank statements to ensure alignment with the company's records. - Prepare and analyze financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Perform general accounting tasks including data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative duties. - Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations to maintain accurate and compliant financial records. - Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders by providing financial information. - Proficiently use accounting software to track finances. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/masters degree in Graduation, preferably in Commerce. - 2-4 years of experience in Management Information System & Accounts. - Strong understanding of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Hookup, pivot table) principles. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
