Role Overview

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize operational data from different teams (sales, marketing, operations,)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Create and maintain dashboards and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Monitor key metrics such as revenue, bookings, cancellations, and customer feedback trends.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and validate performance numbers.
• Support management in ad hoc data analysis and business insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or operations analytics (preferably in a startup or travel/hospitality domain).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
• Experience with CRM tools or dashboards (Zoho, HubSpot, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
