Job Description

We, HASBRO Clothing Pvt Ltd are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive for our Retail Team, to manage and oversee data collection, reporting, and analysis of dispatch and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and performance reporting of daily dispatch operations while supporting continuous improvement through data-driven insights. J OB LOCATION: MADURAVOYAL, CHENNAI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and update dispatch data in the MIS system daily. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch operations, delivery performance, and TAT (Turnaround Time). Monitor and track vehicle movement and delivery status using internal tracking tools. Collaborate with Warehouse, and customer service team to ensure smooth logistics execution. Analyze dispatch trends, identify issues or delays, and flag anomalies to the Retail Head. Support the compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation and records. Work closely with IT and operations teams to improve MIS tools and reporting processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all reports. Show more Show less
