This role focuses on developing checklists, flow charts, monitoring systems, PMS frameworks, KPI scoring sheets, and progress dashboards to support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop department-specific checklists to standardize processes and enhance efficiency. Create visually structured flow charts to map business workflows, identify process gaps, and optimize operations. Implement flow chart monitoring systems to ensure process compliance and accountability. Design and deploy Performance Management Systems (PMS) that align team goals with organizational objectives. Develop KPI scoring sheets to objectively measure individual and departmental performance. Build interactive progress dashboards to provide real-time performance insights and support data-driven decision-making. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.). Basic understanding of database systems and data entry processes . High attention to detail and accuracy . Good typing speed . Effective communication and coordination skills . Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a data entry or MIS role. Certification in MS Office (preferred). Employment Type: Full Time (Back Office / Data Entry role) Working Days: 6 days a week Timings: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance).
