Management Accountant - UK Accounts

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts of startups and fast-growing new businesses on a monthly basis while ensuring timely delivery. Your role will also involve handling corporate tax matters and communicating effectively with clients and managers to address their queries. Processing VAT returns on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be required to foster team coordination to ensure smooth workflow. Proficiency in software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Excel, and AI tools will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare management accounts for startups and fast-growing businesses monthly - Understand and manage corporate taxes - Liaise with clients and managers to address queries - Process VAT returns on a regular basis - Foster team coordination for efficient workflow - Utilize software knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Excel, and AI tools Qualifications Required: - Qualified ACCAs, CAs, CMAs, CS, Inter-CAs, M.Com, MBA, etc. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Indian Accounting; knowledge of UK accounting and tax is preferred - Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude - Proficiency in Xero and E-commerce tech stack - Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements - Organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Experience working in remote and hybrid team environments In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers several benefits including flexible working hours between 11 am and 11 pm (IST), work-life balance, a continuous learning environment through an L&D program, performance and goal-based incentives, and holidays based on the India calendar.,
