As a dynamic and experienced Content expert, you will be leading a creative team at Colors. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the development and execution of compelling and engaging content for various projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing creative supervision by overseeing rough cuts and actively contributing to the creative process for upcoming projects and precaps. - Offering valuable insights and recommendations for screenplay adjustments based on slot or show requirements. Collaborating with managers to incorporate client feedback into screenplay revisions. - Managing promotions by coordinating internally with On-Air Presenters (OAPs) based on manager consultations. Handling promo footage and liaising with both internal and external partners to ensure marketing deliverables are met. - Utilizing minute-by-minute and data reports for data analysis to analyze content performance and assist in content mapping strategies. - Maintaining regular communication with the creative team at the production house to ensure project execution aligns with expectations and yields optimal results. Encouraging and ensuring external clients meet banking timelines for project deliverables. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Creative Vision: Demonstrate a creative mindset capable of transforming ideas into compelling content, contributing to the development of unique and impactful TV programs. - Effective Communication and Collaboration: Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships both internally and with external partners. Preferred Education & Experience: - You should have 8+ years of prior experience in a similar role within the television or entertainment industry, showcasing a successful track record of project management. - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Film Studies, Media Production, or Communications is preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous.,
