Merchandiser and Customer Service Executive
Mamicha is fast growing size inclusive clothing brand based in Delhi. As a small team we need someone who can shoulder responsibility, take initiative and be agile enough to adapt to the difficult situation we very often have to operate in. While we can’t promise a cushy ride, we can promise a lot of learning a fun team to work with. Roles & Responsibilities- * To create, update and manage line sheets and prepare base for cost sheets of the current and upcoming collections as per our own website, various marketplaces and B2B platforms along with the upline E-Commerce Manager. * Inventory & stock management in-coordination with inventory manager, order updates, pricing analysis, item updates etc. * Customer Relationship Management (s/he will be handling customer support calls & WhatsApp, along with Orders management (Gradually we have a plan to expand our team so later on Merchandiser will coordinate with the CRM team). * Regularly updating in- house sheets- bloggers, clients order etc. * Daily update your to-do list by end of the day. * Dispatching orders with the Production & packaging team. Along with other team management. * Co-ordinate your related work with Social, Performance Marketing & Website team. *Helping senior designer with sampling and research. *Shoot coordination. *Understand, use, implement and execute the 5’s lean tool according to the workspace. Looking for a candidate who has:- § Min 1 to one and half years of experience from fashion e-commerce space. NO Freshers please. § Looking for a mature, hardworking, passionate, eager to learn and adapt to new things, professional attitude and behavior, multi-tasker & go-getter, a good listener who will understand the essence and need of the customers. § Most importantly, excited to make a difference in process of growing a homegrown brand from a very initial stage. § Teamwork, dedication is very important to us. Job Type- 6 days working from office, with occasional WFH in case of medical or any other emergency.
