Job description

Manage On-Site OHC OPD:

Provide medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for employees in the on-site OHC clinic.

Employee wellness assistance

Medical Emergency assistance

Statutory compliance assistance.

OHC Inspection & Monitoring

Imparting first aid training to employees.

Hazard identification, conducting periodic industrial hygiene survey & Recommendations

Periodic appraisal of employees health status to the management.

Initiation of suitable remedial measures to ergonomic problems.

Continuous up gradation of health & wellness of employees.

To undertake all modalities and services under Occupational Health and advise organization / Clients on occupational wellness

Skills and Competencies:

Strong clinical knowledge and experience in Occupational Health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

MBBS with 3+yrs experience is mandatory to apply for this job

Rotational shift timing: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 9pm, 9pm to 6am

Working days: 6 days in a week

Rotational weekoff one day in a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
