Job Description: We are looking for a smart and confident Male Sales Executive to join our in-store team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about jewellery, have excellent communication skills, and a flair for customer service and sales. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery Explain product details, pricing, and offers Maintain showroom displays and cleanliness Achieve individual and team sales targets Record customer details and follow up for repeat business Assist with inventory tagging and stock checking Work closely with the billing and back-office teams Requirements: Gender: Male Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate Experience: 1–3 years in jewellery or retail sales preferred Skills: Good communication, product knowledge, sales orientation Language: Fluent in Hindi (Basic English preferred) Benefits: Incentives: ₹3 per gram on gold, ₹600 per carat on diamond Performance bonus for exceeding sales targets Training provided on product knowledge and customer handling Supportive work environment Schedule: Day shift | 6 days/week (Weekends required) Job Location: Aerodrome Circle, Kota, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,153.56 - ₹28,456.45 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
