RESPONSIBILITIES
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Malayalam.
· Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
· Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
· Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
· Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved and confirm their satisfaction.
· Provide product and service information to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English.
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
· Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
