Role & Responsibilities Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, ads, and print materials • Develop brand-aligned creatives, layouts, icons, illustrations, and marketing assets • Work with the marketing and content teams to understand requirements and deliver on time • Edit photos, retouch images, and prepare final production-ready files • Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms • Stay updated with design trends, fonts, color theory, and UI basics • Maintain consistency in branding across all creatives • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile • Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools • Good sense of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy • Ability to translate ideas into clean, modern, engaging designs • Basic video editing knowledge is a plus • Creative thinker with attention to detail • Prior experience in graphic design or a strong portfolio
