Primary Skills Incident Identification and Assessment: Rapidly assess and identify major incidents, classifying their impact and urgency. Collaborate with relevant teams to gather information and understand the scope of the incident. Secondary Skills Incident Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the resolution of major incidents. Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to address critical issues promptly. Maintain a centralized incident log and track resolution progress. About The Role : Proven experience in a major incident management role or similar position. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Conduct thorough root cause analysis for major incidents to prevent recurrence. Work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and improvements. ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications in incident management.
