Job Title: Maintenance Executive Location: Sitapura, Jaipur( Rajasthan) Department: Maintenance / Engineering Reports To: Facility Head Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Education Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) – [Specify Trade, e.g., Electrical / Fitter / Mechanical] Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Executive to oversee routine and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and facilities operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have an ITI qualification with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and utilities. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic breakdowns and ensure timely repair. Maintain maintenance logs, records, and documentation for audits and compliance. Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime. Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize disruption during maintenance activities. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety protocols at all times. Manage spare parts inventory and raise requests for procurement as needed. Support installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment. Assist in implementing energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong technical knowledge in [specify area: electrical systems, mechanical systems, etc.] Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Familiarity with safety regulations and standards. Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance management systems (preferred).
