Job Description: Technician – Game Zone Electronics Machine

Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technician to join our team at a Game Zone in Agra. As a Game Zone Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various arcade and gaming machines. You will ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the games to provide customers with a seamless entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repairs:
• Perform routine maintenance on arcade machines, gaming consoles, and other electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic components, circuits, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose issues in gaming machines and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Installation & Setup:
• Install and set up new gaming machines, ensuring all necessary connections and configurations.
• Ensure gaming machines are properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Customer Support:
• Assist customers with issues related to gaming machines, ensuring a positive experience.
• Provide timely troubleshooting and resolve issues related to game malfunctions.
• Electrical & Electronic Systems:
• Handle and manage the electrical systems, ensuring safe and effective operation of all machines.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following electrical safety standards.
• Inventory Management:
• Track and manage spare parts inventory for timely repairs and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs performed.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure the game zone operates efficiently.
• Provide technical support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electronics, electrical maintenance, or similar technical roles. Experience in arcade or gaming machine maintenance is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electronic and electrical circuits, wiring, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing arcade game machines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
• Customer Service Skills: Good communication skills to interact with customers and.
