Job Description

Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment. Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems. Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with equipment and systems. Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections. Communication: Communicate with tenants, residents, or colleagues about maintenance needs and progress. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies. Installation: Install new equipment or systems according to blueprints or specifications.
