Job Description: Maintenance Department - Associate Role Position : Associate in Maintenance Department (Press / Body / Assembly / Engine Shop) Experience : 3-8 Years Location : Pune (Talegaon) Education : Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Full-time only) CTC : Competitive based on experience About the Company: We are a globally recognized OEM in the automotive industry, committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability. Roles & Responsibilities: Electrical Engineer: Experience in Industrial Robotics and PLC Troubleshooting , with knowledge of various PLC communications. Experience working with Vision Systems and Siemens Drives / SEW Drives , as well as different types of sensing devices and electrical hoists . Mechanical Engineer: Expertise in different types of conveyors (Power & Free, Friction, Roller, and Chain), as well as vertical drop lifters . Experience with Industrial Robots and Sealer Application Systems . Hands-on experience with Fluid Filling Machines (Coolant, AC, Brake fluid, etc.) and air handling units . Common Skills: Strong understanding of Pneumatic Systems , Hydraulics , and Preventive Maintenance techniques. Proven ability in Breakdown Maintenance , ensuring minimal production downtime. Skills & Competencies: Electrical Engineering : Proficiency in industrial robotics, PLCs, vision systems, and electrical hoists. Mechanical Engineering : Experience with conveyors, fluid filling machines, industrial robots, and sealer application systems. Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to address complex maintenance issues swiftly and efficiently. Preventive Maintenance : Ensuring proper maintenance schedules and reducing unplanned downtime. Teamwork : Ability to work effectively within a team environment to ensure smooth production operations.
