With state-of-the-art plants in Pune and Chennai, the company's product portfolio includes engine mounts, suspensions, bushes, and dampers for various vehicles. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, conducting maintenance and repairs, and troubleshooting issues as they arise in the production facility. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Equipment Maintenance and Repair skills Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting abilities Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Strong technical background in mechanical systems Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and leadership abilities Degree or certification in a relevant field of Engineering or Maintenance Show more Show less
