Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

As a Site Maintenance Supervisor, your role involves performing a range of site-maintenance activities to achieve preestablished outcomes within the established site-maintenance plan. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and systems for emergency repairs, as well as carrying out preventive maintenance inspections. Your operational support services will include acting as a first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area, using existing systems and protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a range of site-maintenance activities within the established plan to achieve outcomes - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems for emergency repairs - Provide operational support services and act as a first-line supervisor - Explain the local action plan to support team members - Assign work schedules to achieve expectations within established timelines - Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems - Follow health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures - Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes - Provide instruction and informal advice to less experienced colleagues - Use clear and effective verbal communication skills - Review and create relevant, lucid and effective reports - Develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations - Manage and apply safe systems of work - Manage projects within desired cost, time, and quality parameters - Employ customer-oriented behaviors to connect with engineers in productive ways - Orient work in a workflow to achieve higher efficiencies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field - Minimum 3-4 years of onsite experience You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of site maintenance activities and will contribute to achieving business objectives efficiently.
