Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies (predictive & preventive). Analyze equipment data to create schedules and ensure compliance with maintenance standards. Team Management: Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks, and provide training. Foster a culture of safety and accountability. Asset Management: Maintain records of equipment, history, and spare parts inventory. Oversee procurement of parts and conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns. Breakdown Response: Respond quickly to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and manage emergency repairs to minimize downtime. Compliance & Safety: Ensure safety regulations and industry standards are met. Conduct regular safety training for staff. Skills & Qualifications: Strong mechanical knowledge in FMCG manufacturing and Food Production machinery. Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in FMCG. Proficiency in CMMS software. Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations. Education & Experience: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 5-10 years in plant operations or quality control with 3-4 years in QA roles. Language Requirements: English and Kannada. Industry Experience: FMCG/Food Production Processing preferred.
