Job Title: Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) Location: Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager – Maintenance with strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, and driving preventive and predictive maintenance activities in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical panels, motors, PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure efficient equipment functioning. Maintain and update documentation including maintenance logs, SOPs, and compliance records. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations. Supervise and guide a team of technicians and fitters for timely execution of maintenance activities. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for AMC, spare procurement, and service contracts. Monitor energy consumption and drive energy-saving initiatives. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LT/HT panels, transformers, circuit breakers, etc.) Experience with mechanical maintenance of production equipment Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and automation systems Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and manuals Leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus Experience Required: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant environment Experience in FMCG/Pharma/Plastic/Textile/Automotive sectors will be preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
