Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure efficient and reliable operation of facilities, equipment and systems while adhering to safety regulations. Plan and schedule routine and non-routine maintenance activities Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities Monitor and control maintenance cost Vs budget Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant regulations and standard Preferred candidate profile Diploma & certificate from Govt of Maharashtra Perks and benefits Commensurate on qualification & experience
