Job Description

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC and conventional machines to ensure optimal performance. Ensure timely breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and increase equipment availability. Maintain spare parts inventory to support quick repairs and replacements. Establish and monitor KPIs for maintenance effectiveness. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in CNC and conventional machines. Work closely with the production team to ensure machines meet operational requirements. Coordinate with OEMs and external service providers for complex repairs and maintenance support. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.). Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance reports. Prepare and manage the maintenance budget , optimizing costs while maintaining efficiency. Evaluate and recommend upgrades or replacements for aging equipment. Work with procurement teams to source high-quality and cost-effective maintenance materials.
