Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance Operations Support daily maintenance of warehouse utilities (electrical, plumbing, lighting, fans, CCTV, etc.). Help conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Maintain a daily logbook for maintenance activities and issue tracking. 2. Safety & Compliance Assist in safety checks of fire extinguishers, alarms, emergency lights, and evacuation systems. Ensure proper usage of PPE and compliance with safety policies. Support in conducting safety drills and audits. 3. Vendor & Coordination Support Coordinate with vendors for repairs and AMC-related activities. Track service completion and maintain documentation. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and service records. Prepare weekly summaries and report unresolved issues to management. 5. Efficiency & Improvement Suggest energy-saving improvements and help reduce breakdown frequency. Support warehouse housekeeping and facility improvement initiatives.
