The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance activities across the caf premises. The role includes ensuring smooth functioning of caf equipment, timely repairs, and preventive maintenance to avoid operational downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for caf-related machines.
Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential issues before breakdown.
Coordinate with external vendors and service partners when required.
Ensure all machines are functioning optimally to support caf operations.
Maintain logbooks and records of maintenance schedules and completed work.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests from the operations team.
13 years of experience in caf/restaurant/hotel maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
