Job Description

Role & responsibilities: A Maintenance Executive's primary responsibility is to ensure the showroom's facilities and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely, including managing repairs, coordinating maintenance staff, and implementing preventive measures. 1. Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement maintenance plans: This includes creating preventive maintenance schedules, identifying potential issues, and developing strategies to address them. Coordinate maintenance activities: Oversee and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. Manage maintenance budgets: Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Supervise maintenance staff: Hire, train, and supervise maintenance personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge. Manage contractors: Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring quality and timely completion of work. 2. Facility and Equipment Maintenance: Inspect facilities and equipment: Regularly inspect the showroom's infrastructure, equipment, and systems to identify potential problems. Perform routine maintenance tasks: Address issues such as cleaning, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the showroom. Repair and replace equipment: Handle repairs and replacements of equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to showroom operations. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies: Maintain an adequate stock of necessary tools, materials, and spare parts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect employees and customers. 3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance activities: Document all maintenance tasks, repairs, and replacements, creating a comprehensive history of the showroom's facilities and equipment. Prepare reports on maintenance activities: Regularly report on the status of maintenance projects, budget performance, and any issues that need attention.
