Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer, your role will involve conducting regular inspections and tests on transformers' radiator systems. You will be responsible for implementing maintenance protocols to ensure optimal performance and safety. In the event of faults in the radiator systems, you will diagnose them and develop effective repair solutions. It will be your duty to maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and reports, as well as collaborate with the engineering team to enhance maintenance processes. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities is crucial, along with managing maintenance schedules and monitoring service intervals. Additionally, you will assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical component issues, train junior staff on maintenance techniques and safety precautions, and perform predictive and preventive maintenance on transformer radiators. Coordinating with suppliers for replacement parts and materials, utilizing diagnostic tools to assess system functionality, conducting performance tests post-repairs, attending to emergency repairs and maintenance requests, and collaborating with quality assurance teams to exceed industry standards are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, particularly within the radiators/sheet metal industry. - Strong understanding of electrical systems and HVAC principles. - Familiarity with maintenance management software. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and in teams.
