Overall responsibilities and duties: Responsible for Plant Equipment & tooling breakdown reduction Knowledge of Siemens , Allen Bradley PLC, Scanner configuration Strong Analytical skill required. Accountable for Plant DLE, MTTR & MTBF improvement Strong IATF & ISO requirement knowledge, Good in Maintenance documentation Experience in Welding processes & Facilities is must Strong manpower handling & communication skill Responsible for TPM implementation, PM, TBM, CBM hands on experience is must. Responsible to implement FES system for Maintenance. Capable to solve repeat breakdowns through 8D, why why Analysis, Fish Bone diagram, Six sigma, QRCI methodology. Knowledge of Electrical wiring & panel circuit Responsible for Plant utilities maintenance including Compressor, DG set, UPS, Transformer etc. The main missions of the role are: Responsible to implement FES system for Maintenance. Knowledge of Electrical wiring & panel circuit. Responsible for Spare part management i.e., Min-Max level, critical parts monitoring. Capable to handle AMC activity. Knowledge of Fanuc welding Robot, SPM machines is must.
