Role & responsibilities Preventive Maintenance: Implementing and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with paint shop equipment. Maintenance of Conveyors, Ovens, Chillers, Boilers, and Paint Guns: Handling and maintaining these critical pieces of equipment. Booth Balance: Maintaining the balance of the paint booth for optimal performance. Electrical Knowledge: Possessing a strong understanding of electrical systems within the paint shop. Preferred candidate profile Budget Management: Participating in budget preparation and monitoring expenses. Equipment Uptime: Ensuring high equipment uptime, MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Spare Parts Management: Managing spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability. Robotic Painting: Understanding and maintaining robotic painting systems. Plant Maintenance: Contributing to overall plant maintenance activities. Utility Maintenance: Maintaining paint shop utilities (e.g., air compressors, water systems).
