Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on HPDC machines and related equipment. Implement and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program. Predict potential issues and schedule maintenance accordingly Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and breakdowns. Perform repairs and replacements as needed. Ensure timely restoration of machine functionality. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices. Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and efficiency. Implement solutions to enhance machine uptime and reduce downtime. Participate in Kaizen projects to improve processes. Relevant experience in HPDC machine maintenance or a similar field. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Experience with troubleshooting and repair of die casting machines. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of HPDC machines and their operation. Knowledge of die casting processes and tooling. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Problem-solving skills. Analytical skills. Communication skills. Teamwork skills. Attention to detail.
