Maintenance Engineer

As an Engineering Solutions Designer, your role involves contributing to the design of engineering solutions by designing the feasibility testing approach and supervising its implementation. You will support the development and validation of engineering solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the analysis of information, drafting engineering standards and specifications, and evaluating their effectiveness within your engineering discipline. - Conducting inspections under senior colleagues" supervision to evaluate the quality of engineering works and making recommendations for necessary remedial actions. - Contributing to process design engineering by analyzing information, specifying methods and process steps, and improving manufacturing or materials processes to meet cost and quality parameters. - Identifying shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures and implementing change management programs to address them. - Assisting others in maximizing knowledge management systems by providing support and advice. - Interpreting data, identifying potential solutions, and navigating various processes, procedures, and precedents. You will also be involved in product development and engineering activities, providing information and business advice, and enhancing your personal capabilities through training and development activities. In this role, you are expected to possess skills in: - Engineering Technology - Engineering Design - Engineering Development - Engineering Testing - Verbal Communication - Engineering Technical Operations Support - Health and Safety - Risk Management To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level education and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
