Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer specializing in CAT Gas Engine Generators, your role will involve performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of CAT gas engines. Additionally, you will be responsible for overhauling and repairing CAT 3516 gas engines and related equipment to ensure consistent reliability and performance of gas engine power plant operations. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate maintenance documentation following OEM standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation & maintenance (O&M) of CAT gas engines. - Overhaul and repair CAT 3516 gas engines and related equipment. - Ensure consistent reliability and performance of gas engine power plant operations. - Maintain accurate maintenance documentation following OEM standards and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical) - Vehicle Maintenance Engineer - 10-12 years of hands-on experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CAT gas engine generators. - CATERPILLAR Trained & Certified (Gas Engine) In Big Garage - Mandatory - Proven experience working with CAT 3516 gas engines. In addition to the above requirements, the preferred candidate for this role should possess strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.,
