Maintenance Electrical Site Manager

Position: Electrical Site Maintenance Manager
Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 (As per interview)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all electrical maintenance activities at the site.
• Perform and supervise PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification.
• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance for electrical systems.
• Handle panel wiring, installation, and testing of control panels.
• Ensure smooth functioning of machinery and minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the production team to resolve electrical issues quickly.
• Ensure site safety standards and compliance with electrical norms.
• Guide technicians and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi etc.)
• Expertise in control panel wiring and electrical circuits
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings & schematics
• Troubleshooting skills for industrial machines & automation systems
• Good leadership and team-management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
