Mainframe Developer

You are currently seeking a Mainframe Developer with experience in the Life Insurance domain to join the team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. You should have at least 7 years of experience in mainframe-based applications development and support. Your strong skills should include proficiency in mainframe development tools such as COBOL, Easytrieve, CICS, VSAM, VSE/DOS, and knowledge of Assembler. zOS development experience is also required along with proficiency in VSE tools like SyncSort, IDCAMS, CECI, CEDF, FTP, or any other third-party toolset. Client/Server technology skills would be a plus. Knowledge of working with .TXT, .XLS files, and SQL is also advantageous. Understanding of systems development life cycle and the use of structured methodologies and techniques such as Waterfall and Agile is necessary.
