Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead and participate in M204 Migration Projects, ensuring smooth and successful migrations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping to enhance team skills and knowledge. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe systems, ensuring operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and aligned with business objectives. Maintain and improve existing mainframe systems, ensuring their stability and scalability. Preferred candidate profile Strong expertise in Mainframe technologies, including DB2, M204, and COBOL. Hands-on experience in M204 Migration Projects, with a deep understanding of the migration process. Proven ability to mentor and guide team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience working in Agile development environments.
