Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute development tasks using Mainframe technologies (COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS). Work on large-scale Mainframe applications and manage performance tuning, testing, and debugging. Contribute to the design, coding, and enhancement of mission-critical applications. Drive the migration of legacy systems to newer platforms, ensuring smooth transitions. Leverage experience in working on card applications and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Mainframe applications with other systems. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Identify process improvements and propose enhancements to the existing system. Provide support in post-deployment issues and maintenance activities. Requirements: Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS. Solid background in development and project delivery. Experience with Migration Projects (preferably in Mainframe/legacy systems). Cards platform knowledge is a must. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in managing a team or project workstreams.
