We are looking for a highly skilled Carpentry Specialist with strong CNC machine experience to manage our carpentry production. The ideal candidate must understand CNC operations, woodworking machines, furniture production, materials, and design software. The person will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines, creating accurate designs, preparing materials, supervising production, and ensuring high-quality output. Key Responsibilities CNC & Machine Operations Operate and program CNC routers and CNC cutting machines Prepare CAM files and toolpaths (VCarve / Aspire / ArtCAM / Fusion 360) Maintain carpentry workshop machines: Panel saw Edge bander Thicknesser Router table Laser cutting machine (if available) Troubleshoot machine issues Design & Technical Work Create drawings for furniture and joinery Convert designs into CNC-ready files (DXF, STL) Create 2D/3D models using the most common software: AutoCAD SketchUp Fusion 360 VCarve / Aspire Cabinet Vision or PolyBoard Optimize cutting layouts for minimum material waste Materials & Production Strong knowledge of material types: MDF, HDF Plywood Solid wood Acrylic Laminate / Veneer Hardware (hinges, sliders, screws, connectors) Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) Supervise cutting, assembling, and finishing Ensure high-quality craftsmanship Workshop Management Train and oversee workers Maintain inventory (boards, hardware, consumables) Follow safety and quality standards --- Requirements Technical Skills Minimum 3–5 years experience in CNC carpentry / woodworking Professional experience with CNC routers Excellent knowledge of machine settings, bits, feeds & speeds Ability to read and prepare technical drawings Knowledge in designing custom furniture and cabinets Experience using: AutoCAD SketchUp VCarve / Aspire / Fusion 360 Cabinet software (PolyBoard, Cabinet Vision, or similar) Personal Skills Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Good communication Strong time management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad G.P.O., Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do accept to work in Kuwait Do you accept to work for the salary from 35k Indian rupee Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: CNC: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required)
