Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Control Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material availability and with Production for on-time delivery. Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions for deviations. Optimize resource utilization and reduce production downtime. Customer Quality Management Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns. Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO). Prepare and present quality reports to customers and internal stakeholders. Cross-functional Coordination Liaise with engineering, production, and supply chain teams for smooth operations. Support audits and ensure adherence to quality management systems. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of production planning tools and quality management systems. Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA. Excellent communication (both verbal & Written) and customer handling skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
