As a Tech Associate at our company, your role will involve supporting Magento-based projects and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development and maintenance of Magento-based websites and e-commerce platforms. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives. - Customizing Magento functionalities and developing custom modules as per project requirements. - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions. - Performing quality assurance testing to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of Magento applications. - Staying updated with the latest Magento trends, technologies, and best practices. - Providing technical support and guidance to team members as needed. - Participating in meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Magento development and implementation. - Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. - Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts and best practices. - Experience with Magento 2.x is preferred. - Knowledge of Magento extensions, themes, and customization techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
