Magento Backend Lead

Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Magento Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Magento 2 development, API integrations, and module customizations. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance Magento-based eCommerce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Magento 2 modules, extensions, and custom functionalities. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Magento applications. Design and implement API integrations (REST/SOAP) and troubleshoot integration issues. Work with MySQL for complex queries and database optimization. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate UI components. Ensure code quality by following Magento coding standards and best practices. Manage deployment processes in Cloud environments (preferred). Work independently and coordinate with teams for issue resolution. Required Skills Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Magento 2 backend development. Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS . Experience in Magento module/extension development and theming. Hands-on experience with API development, RESTful services, and integrations . Understanding of MVC, OOP, and Magento architecture . Knowledge of Magento Enterprise Edition (preferred). Good communication skills and ability to work independently. Magento certification is a plus.
