Job responsibilities:-Handling end-to-end recruitment process.-Posting job openings on portals (Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, etc.).-Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.-Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.-Maintaining employee records and HR databases.-Handling onboarding formalities and documentation.-Processing payroll, attendance, and leave records.-Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR & Admin roles.Skills:Strong recruitment and communication skills.Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and HRMS software.Ability to multitask and manage administrative functions efficiently.Preferred Industry Experience: HR, Admin, Payroll, Recruitment
