Macros & Power BI India Junior Analyst, Process Analyst

As a BA Macro in our organization, you will play a key role in developing process automation tools and processes using VBA Excel Macros, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and other tools as required. Your responsibilities will include enhancing and maintaining existing VBA Excel Macros, Python programs, and other tools, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and iteratively develop user-friendly products, and creating tools that are easy to maintain and enhance over time. You will be expected to address and resolve bugs and issues in VBA Macros, Python programs, SQL queries, PowerBI dashboards, etc., in a timely manner. Additionally, documenting new and existing process automation tools and processes will be an essential part of your role. You will assist in identifying process improvement opportunities, acquiring and analyzing data from various sources, and presenting trends and patterns using data visualization techniques. Your role will involve performing data profiling, root cause analysis, and preparing reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for management use. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving internal department issues, tracking project workflow, and participating in special projects will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of technical skills, you must possess intermediate to advanced development abilities in VBA for Excel, including creating moderately complex macros from scratch with a focus on future enhancements, bug-fixing, and code reusability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Python software development, SQL query development, version control systems like git, testing, debugging, and software design is required. Your ability to work independently based on requirements, iterate on software development, work with stakeholders to define clear requirements and test cases, and research solutions to programming problems independently will be crucial. You should have a growth mindset, strong time management, analytical, communication, organizational, and note-taking skills, along with a keen eye for accuracy. Being comfortable working both independently and in a team environment, having an inquisitive nature, and a willingness to continuously learn and ask questions are qualities we value in this role.,
