Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Diploma holder to join our team as a Mechanical Technician. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring smooth machine functionality, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, an ability to work with minimal supervision, and a proactive approach to preventing equipment failure. Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to SOPs. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and maintain smooth operations. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues promptly. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe, clean work environment. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements in operations and maintenance processes for efficiency and reduced downtime. Skills and Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering diploma or related field. Experience in machine operations and maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Knowledge of electrical/pneumatic systems (optional). Attention to detail and team collaboration skills.
