Job Description Able to lead machine shop operations and production planning. Hands-on experience with Horizontal, Vertical Machining Centre & Turn-mill centers. Knowledge of cutting tools & tool adaptors. Understanding of various work-holding devices & efficient use of manual fixturing elements. Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Geometric Dimensioning, and tolerances (GD& T). Ability to read engineering drawings. Experience with low-volume & high manufacturing environments. Programming knowledge (Mazatrol & EIA/ISO). Familiar with measuring instruments like Digital Height Master, Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Vernier Height Gauge, Thread plug gauge, and Slip gauges. Ability to read and interpret CMM reports. Ability to maintain machine health with regular preventive maintenance as per guidelines.
