MACHINE OPERATOR - VMC

we have openings for VMC Operator Chennai location,
Experiences: 0-3 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining requirements.
• Select and install proper tools, jigs, and fixtures for machining operations.
• Perform machine setups, including loading/unloading of raw materials and components.
• Make necessary offset and tool adjustments to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
• Maintain daily production records and report deviations or machine issues to supervisors.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the quality and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
