Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers, or grinders) based on job orders and engineering drawings.
Load raw materials and verify tooling, fixtures, and machine settings.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining requirements.
Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
Monitor machine operations, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Conduct routine maintenance and clean machines at the end of each shift.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve production processes.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

SSC / HSC / ITI/ DME.
Prior experience as a CNC operator or machinist at least 3 to 5Years
