Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Chennai. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards, and using hand tools for minor adjustments and repairs. Daily tasks will include monitoring machine operations, performing routine maintenance, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation and handling Machinery
• Skills in Quality Control and product inspection
• Proficiency in using Hand Tools for maintenance and repairs
• Good Communication skills to report issues and interact with team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Relevant experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
